What’s Different about Maple

At Maple, we believe in providing a holistic approach to website care. Our team is committed to not only maintaining your website, but also facilitating its growth. Your Responsibility

Owning a website is different than having an account through some platform and clicking “agree to terms of service”. With your website hosted by Maple Creative you actually own your website and content! Here is everything you need to know to be a responsible website owner.

Two roles, two responsibilities

Most care plans involve at least two kinds of people, and it helps to know which role each task belongs to:

• The account holder is whoever signed up for the care plan and pays the invoices. They’re the only person who can update billing details at buildwithmaple.com/my-account, make subscription changes, and hold the master records for the domain and the website’s primary password.
• Team members use the website day-to-day. They can email support, attend office hours, follow tutorials, and request edits without needing account-holder access. We just ask them to send tickets from their work email and tell us a bit about their role.
